COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- *  The public has another opportunity to get the H1N1 flu shot today. The Department of Health and Human Services has designated this week as "National Influenza Vaccination Week" to urge more Americans to get vaccinated. Today some Wal-mart shoppers will have the convenience of getting the shot. Vaccine clinics are taking place from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Wal-marts on Platte Avenue in Colorado springs, McCulloch Boulevard in Pueblo West and West Highway 50 in Salida. The cost is $15. More clinics will follow later in the week.

*  The Old Colorado City History center presents stories of the life and personality of the many people who made Old Colorado City their home, their workplace and most importantly, their community. Many artifacts and photographs are also on display. The History Center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. It is at 1 S 24th St. Tickets are always free.
