AURORA, Colo. (AP) -- Four men have robbed a bank in the Denver suburb of Aurora, and the FBI says preliminary reports indicate they were armed.
No injuries were reported in the holdup of a US Bank branch at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
It would be the third armed bank robbery in the Denver area this month. FBI spokesman Dave Joly says they appear to be related.
No arrests have been made. The FBI is investigating four other bank robberies where the robber didn't show a weapon. Joly says they aren't believed to be related.
A First Bank branch in Denver was robbed Friday. On Monday, a TCF Bank in Denver, an ENT Credit Union in Denver and a Bank of the West in suburban Westminster were robbed.
