Southwestern Colorado is expected to see the most snow, with up to 30 inches expected by Tuesday. A blizzard warning is in effect for areas including Crested Butte, Telluride, Ridgway and Ouray. The National Weather Service says between 14 and 28 inches are expected in the north central Colorado mountains through Wednesday morning.
