FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) -- Authorities in Colorado have arrested two people wanted in the slayings of two women in West Frankfort, Ill.

Larimer County sheriff's officials and U.S. Marshals went to a mobile home Wednesday and arrested Michael "Mexican Mike" Anthony Schallert and 19-year-old Afton Danielle Lind Ferris. Sheriff's officials say both are originally from the Cheyenne, Wyo., area.

Terri Siereck and Kandis Majors were found dead Monday with gunshot wounds in their home in West Frankfort.

Authorities say Schallert and Ferris were believed to have fled in one of the victim's vehicles.

Sheriff's officials say they face charges of possession of a stolen firearm with a $100,000 cash, property, surety bond, but other charges could be pending.
