PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo Police Department needs the public's help in identifying two suspects seen in the photograph accompanying this story.

On Aug. 13, 2009, police responded to the Pueblo Community Health Center at 310 Colorado Ave. regarding a theft.

The victim, Rebecca Martinez, told police that sometime between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. someone stole her wallet while she was working at Pueblo Community Health Center. She did not realize her wallet had been stolen until later that day when she received a call from her credit card company telling her there was suspicious activity on her account.

Martinez stated she later discovered her credit cards had been used at several different businesses, such as Loaf N Jug, Wal-Mart, Sonic, and McDonald's.

The photo seen here is taken from the southside Wal-Mart where the suspects purchased two iPods® valued at $558 with the stolen credit cards.

The female appears to be in her mid-twenties, wearing a low-cut shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, and has a pair of sunglasses on her head. She appears to be about 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 100-130 pounds, with brown hair.

The male is wearing a white t-shirt with a square emblem on it with black jeans and white shoes. He appears to be in his mid-twenties, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, with black hair and a medium build.

The total amount charged on Martinezs’ credit cards was more than $1,545.

If you have any information on this theft you are urged to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers @ 542-STOP (542-7867) or visit the Web site at www.Pueblocrimestoppers.com.  Your information could earn you a cash reward.
