BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) -- A man has been found dead in unincorporated Adams County after shots were fired Sunday night.
Sheriff's Sgt. Candi Baker says the man was found lying in the street with "obvious injuries," but she gave no details. He was declared dead at the scene.
His name and cause of death haven't been released.
Baker said Monday deputies are looking for a 32-year-old woman who they believe was at the scene, but Baker says the woman isn't considered a suspect at this time.
