COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs' first "donation-based" yoga has caught on in urban areas across the country.

Now, with the opening of Cambio Studio, Colorado Springs will have its very own yoga studio which offers classes in exchange for voluntary contributions. Cambio believes in the power and practice of yoga to transform the bodies, minds, and lives of all people.

Part of Cambio's mission is to "be the change" by offering an alternative to high-priced, exclusive yoga. Not only can all people afford the monetary price to practice at Cambio, classes are designed so that all people can afford the time to do yoga, as well.

Cambio's convenient classes are for people busy with work and family. The schedule includes before and after work classes, streamlined midday classes with lunch and evening adult classes hosted in conjunction with, but separately from, classes for kids.

By tearing down socio-economic barriers, Cambio aims to create and support the community.
