COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Salzman Real Estate Services is the first real estate company in Colorado to offer Job Loss Protection for the real estate market.

Under this program, home buyers will be offered a degree of assurance. If the buyer loses his or her job within two years of purchasing the home, the protection will cover up to $1,800 of the mortgage for up to six months.

To enroll in the program, the seller must pay $500 to list a home.

The program is a result of a partnership between the Rainy Day Foundation and Creative Alliances, LLC.

For more information on the program and to see houses listed under the plan, visit Salzman Real Estate Services Web site.
