LITTLETON, Colo. (AP) -- A memorial service is planned at the Columbine Memorial Monday evening to mark the 10th anniversary of one of the deadliest school shootings in history.

The event at the Clement Park Amphitheater is public, but there will be a private service for the victim's families at the Columbine Memorial. In addition to speakers, there will be musical performances, and a videotaped message from former President Bill Clinton.

Twelve students and a teacher were killed and about two dozen others were injured before gunmen Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold killed themselves.

Columbine High School will be closed Monday.
