COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. --  Finally, a way to shave your legs--without shaving!

The Smooth Away has come into our lives from Europe, might we add, to gently exfoliate and remove unwanted hair at the same time!

There's no pain, no chemicals and no razor burn. Thank goodness this strange rubbing mechanism has been invented, because without it, Intern Brett would just be too hairy.

"Do you feel you have hairy legs and you would like to rid yourself of said hair," we asked Brett.

He reluctantly agreed.

Instructions remind users not to press too hard, and go clockwise three times and then counter clockwise three times.

"Note, you may notice that skin color appears whitish or grey in some places," I added "This is normal."

Alright, now that Intern Brett is prepped we began.

It appears to be working on his longer than normal hair, but one problem started to come up.

"Your skin is all flaky!" we noticed.

It seems that the smooth away did a fine job on intern Brett's legs, but let's check on a lady or two.

"Rachel, are you ready?"

We decided to use Rachel Welte for the little Smooth Away, it's supposed to be used for knees and elbows.

"Do you have stray hairs on your knee?"  we asked.  "Oh you do!"

Turns out, lots of people in our newsroom have some stray hair issues

And after much research, we decided that no matter how unlikely it may seem, this tool works pretty well.
