GREELEY, Colo. (AP) -- A Greeley man has been arrested on multiple charges after a one-vehicle rollover in Weld County that killed a passenger.

The Colorado State Patrol says 29-year-old Jorge Medrano-Bustamante was southbound on County Road 53 at about 8:40 p.m. Sunday when he lost control of a Volkswagen VR6.

The car rolled and hit a utility pole on the passenger's side before coming to rest.

A passenger, 15-year-old Abdiel Morales-Sanchez of Greeley, was ejected. He was pronounced dead at The Children's Hospital in Aurora.

A second passenger, 18-year-old Jose Medrano-Frias of Greeley, was taken to a Greeley hospital with serious injuries.

Medrano-Bustamante was taken to the same hospital with moderate injuries.

Authorities say the three were not wearing seat belts.
