COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The Best Christmas Ever: Cash, Toys, Bikes and Turkeys…Bring it to Biggs!
Monday, Dec. 15, is Bring a Bike to Mr. Biggs Day. New or used bikes are welcome. The donations will be given away at the annual Bob Telmosse Christmas Giveaway set for Tuesday, Dec. 23.
The business hopes to collect $30,000 in cash and thousands more toys and bikes. Donation trucks are open at Mr. Biggs to receive donations of toys, bikes, clothing, and food every day of the week.
The public is encouraged to bring new or used items to Mr. Biggs. Financial donations are accepted online.
Bus Service on 12/23: Metro Transit and the City of Colorado Springs will provide bus service again this year for the event. An express bus from the downtown terminal will start at 7:30 a.m. on Dec. 23, and run every 35 minutes until 4:40 p.m. Participants coming to the Bob Telmosse Giveaway and Mr. Biggs Fun Day can utilize this service on Dec. 23.Mr. Biggs will host the 26th Annual Bob Telmosse Christmas Giveaway in the Event Center (south entrance of the building). The event is free to the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. while supplies last.
Children must be present to receive a toy on the day of the event. All are welcome.
