Fuel cells could replace batteries

Laptops, cell phones and other battery operated devices could soon contain engines that run on hydrogen or methanol and air. Developers say the cells could power a laptop for days without refueling. One consultant thinks the little energy sources are just a year or two away from hitting the market.
