Motorcycle rider in critical condition after crash

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A motorcycle rider is facing life-threatening injuries after crashing into a car Wednesday afternoon.

According to Colorado Springs Police officers, a car on Hutchinson Drive turned left onto Fountain Boulevard in front of an oncoming motorcycle, and the rider couldn't stop in time.

The driver was not hurt.

Officers said they are investigating the crash and haven't arrested anyone. Alcohol, drugs and speed were all not factors in the crash.
