Here are the closings or delays for Thursday, Feb. 7.

Colleges & Universities:
- Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University: 2 Hours Late UPDATE

Military Bases:
- Fort Carson: Fort Carson has authorized a two-hour weather delay for non-essential military and civilian personnel for Thursday. All non-essential military will report no later than 9 a.m. and all civilians have a two hour delay from regularly scheduled reporting times."
