PUEBLO, COLO. (AP) -- Pueblo schools are getting more drug-sniffing dogs after a test program helped curb crime.

This year, the dogs are being used at South and Central high, using dogs to check lockers, classrooms and parking lots.

Authorities say they are not targeting individual students.

According to KOAA-TV, Pueblo City Schools says it eventually plans to expand the program to all high schools and middle schools.
