COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs police arrested a woman Wednesday evening after she was accused of threatening her husband with a shotgun.
Kimla Gordan, 36, was arrested on charges of Felony Menacing, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Possession of a Dangerous/Illegal Weapon.
At about 10:15 p.m., police were called to an apartment complex in the 2000 block of Camel Drive, near Monterey Road and South Circle Drive, on the report of a domestic disturbance.
Police said a verbal argument led to Gordan threatening her husband with a handgun. She then, according to police, gave the gun to her 16-year-old son to remove from the residence.
The 16-year-old son was arrested for Possession of a Handgun by a Juvenile, False Information to a Police Office and an unrelated warrant.
Police said there were no injuries from this incident.
