COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are looking for a suspect in an early morning stabbing.

Officers responded to a call at the corner of Pikes Peak Avenue and Tejon Street around 4 a.m. Wednesday.

When they arrived at the scene officers found a male victim in the parking lot with a stab wound to the abdomen.

The victim was taken to Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The suspect is a white man in his 30's, around 5''8" with short, dark brown curly hair.
