COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are investigating a crash that caused damage to a building and knocked down power lines Thursday morning.

Officers said the car hit the pole on Cheyenne Boulevard between Beaver and Lorraine Street in the southwest part of the city. The car then crashed into a building.

Cheyenne was closed in the area for a few hours as crews worked to clear the scene. All roads have since reopened.
