COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The 12-year-old boy who died Saturday following a skateboarding accident has been identified.

He was Charlie Jones, according to police.

It was Saturday when police said Jones, along with a friend, was skateboarding down a street, near the 1400 block of Howard Avenue, between Palmer Park and Uintah, when he lost control of his board.
