PUEBLO, COLO. -- Another homeless Sexually Violent Predator is moving into Pueblo, according to police.
Frank Gallegos, 29, is registered as homeless in Pueblo, police said. He drives a blue 2005 Pontiac Sunfire and runs his own business, Gallegos Carpet Care.
According to police, Gallegos supplied underage females with alcohol and drugs before sexually assaulting them as part of a gang initiation.
Gallegos will not be supervised because his parole was already completed, police said.
