Homeless sexually violent predator moves to Pueblo

PUEBLO, COLO. -- A Sexually Violent Predator is moving into Pueblo, according to police.

Peyton Robert Rodriguez, 42, is registered as homeless in Pueblo, police said. He is currently on Intensive Supervised Parole.

According to his criminal background, Rodriguez was convicted of sexually assaulting a juvenile female.

He was also convicted of Armed Robbery, Criminal Mischief, Possession of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, DUI, Disorderly Conduct, 1st Degree Sexual Assault, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Escape, 1st Degree Criminal Trespass, Theft of a Credit Card, Possession of Burglar Tools, Forgery and Tampering.

Rodriguez does not have a vehicle or a job, police said.
