El Paso County Sheriff's deputies are investigating an overnight shooting that left one man injured.
Shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday, police received reports of a shooting at a home on Tilden Street, that's near Fountain Mesa Rd. in the Security-Widefield area.
Deputies say there was a social gathering at the home, when a 33-year-old man was shot in the back.
The man was transported to a local hospital. There's no word on his condition.
Deputies are not looking for any suspects but they continue to investigate, as they try to determine whether the shooting was intentional or accidental.
