Man accused of tying up woman, holding her overnight

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The man accused of tying up a woman, assaulting her and holding her against her will overnight is wanted by police.

Eric Eugene Caruthers is wanted on the charges of Second Degree Assault, Felony Menacing and Felony False Imprisonment.

On Feb. 5, police responded to a home in the 1500 block of Fountain Street, near Union, on the report of a domestic disturbance. A female victim told police Caruthers had tied her up and assaulted her while keeping her overnight against her will.

Any information on the whereabouts of Caruthers can be reported to police at 444-7000.
