Are you prepared for flood? City to host informational meeting

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The City of Colorado Springs Office of Emergency Management will host a resident preparedness meeting on the post Waldo Canyon Fire flood risk later this month.

The meeting will provide education and updated information with regard to the Waldo Canyon Fire, and current flood risk issues in and near the burn area.

The community meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 29 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

It will be held at the sanctuary at Front Range Alliance Church, located at 5210 Centennial Blvd.

The sanctuary is wheelchair accessible.
