PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man in connection with a missing person investigation from California.

According to authorities, a 13-year-old girl, whose name has not been released, was reported missing in California in April 2012.

After looking further into the investigation, deputies discovered the girl was having a cyber-relationship on Facebook with 19-year-old Jim Major Jr. from Pueblo.

The girl then stole money from her parents and flew to Denver to be with Major.

Once she was reported missing, authorities made the connection to Major.

Both Major and the girl complied with authorities.

The 13 year old was returned safely to her parents.

Major now faces multiple charges including sexual assault and enticement on a child.
