COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police are searching for the suspect in a Sunday evening gas station robbery.

At about 5:30 p.m., on Sunday, police said a suspect entered the Circle K Gas Station in the 100 block of South Rockrimmon Boulevard armed with a handgun. The suspect took an undetermined amount of cash and merchandise before fleeing, police said.

Police said the suspect was described as a possible white male, about six feet tall with an average build.
