DENVER (AP) -- Temperatures hit 35 degrees below zero in Craig as a cold wave continues to cover Colorado, dropping temperatures in most other areas to the single digits.

National Weather Service forecaster Kyle Fredin said Monday temperatures have remained low in western Colorado since Christmas.

It's snowing lightly in southwestern Colorado, while the Front Range is shivering with temperatures barely above zero.
