COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- FOX21 News is proud to deliver Colorado Springs' first newscast LIVE from downtown, starting today.
The 6:30 p.m., newscast will be broadcast Monday through Friday from FOX21 News' new downtown studio on Tejon Street.
FOX21 News shares the new studio with KREL 1580 AM. It features streetscape views of downtown.
Along with the official launch of the downtown newscast, FOX21 News is launching all new and updated graphics.
"We are really excited to bring our newscast to downtown," Joe Cole, VP of News Operations and anchor said. "We are looking forward to adding a lot to the newscast, changing the vibe of the show and making it more interactive with our viewers."
The newscast will feature more interview segments and guest interactions.
FOX21 News used the studio the past few months during soft runs and election debate watch parties. During FOX21 Morning News. traffic updates are delivered LIVE from the new studio.
