COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The woman who died after being run over by her own truck Tuesday has been identified.

Colorado Springs Police officers said 80-year-old Marion Bramschreiber was rolled by the truck when it rolled into the street, hit a tree and rolled forward over her body.

According to officers, Bramschreiber was trying to turn her truck, which she had left running in a friend's driveway on Brighton Way Tuesday morning, off when it began rolling backward. The impact with the tree caused her to fall onto the ground just before the truck rolled forward and over her.

Officers did not say how the truck began rolling backward to begin with and didn't release any other information about Bramschreiber.
