NEAR CALHAN, COLO. -- The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a rollover crash that injured two people early Sunday morning.

It happened just after 7:00 a.m. on Big Springs Road, one-half mile west of Calhan Road, near Calhan.

Troopers said a Pontiac Grand Am was heading west on Big Springs when the driver swerved to avoid another car, went off the road, and then rolled.

22-year-old Brain Munoz-Villar, the driver, was ejected from the car and received minor injuries.

His passenger, 18-year-old Luis Gill, was also ejected and received serious injuries.

The CSP said alcohol and speed are believed to have played a role in the crash.
