COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A man who was standing in front of his home Monday night narrowly avoided gunfire in what Colorado Springs Police officers are saying was likely a random shooting.
Officers said the man was outside of his home on South 25th Street when someone shot at him around 10:22 p.m. The suspect then left in a blue 2007-2009 Ford Mustang.
Officers said they don't know why the shooter fired at the man. The bullet missed him but went into the house. Nobody was hurt.
Officers did not release any other information.
