COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers have released the name of the man accused of trying to rob a family Tuesday.
Burglary and attempted robbery charges are pending against 33-year-old Corey Mosely after he reportedly entered an apartment on Mount Werner Circle with a gun.
Three adults and a child were in the apartment at the time, and at least one of them struggled with Mosely before stabbing him around 11:48 a.m.
Officers found Mosely on the grass outside the apartment with serious injuries. He remains in the hospital, but charges will be filed once he is released.
Officers have not announced any potential charges against the person who stabbed Mosely.
