ROCKY MOUNTAIN NAT'L PARK, COLO. -- A wildfire in Rocky Mountain National Park is now prompting officials to evacuate campgrounds and hiking trails.
The fire is burning across 300-acres on the east side of the park.
It ignited Tuesday afternoon about 2-miles west of the Fern Lake Trailhead.
Park officials say the fire is burning in a heavily forested area and is not threatening any structures.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
