Woman passes out in store while shoplifting

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrested a woman for trying to steal from a pawn shop after she passed out in the store.

According to officers. 36-year-old Heather Lea was shoplifting jewelry from EZPAWN on East Fillmore Street around 2:51 p.m. Wednesday when she passed out.

Officers arrived and served her a shoplifting summons.

A fire truck that was responding to the store was hit by a pickup truck on East Fillmore, and the truck didn't stop.  No one was hurt in that crash.
