COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Two men are on the run Friday morning after pushing to the ground and kicking a legally blind woman.

According to Colorado Springs Police officers, the woman, who can see vague shapes and colors but is considered legally blind, told two teenagers she had no money when they approached her in the area of Hailey Glenn View and Nordic Drive in the city around 4:58 p.m.

When the 44-year-old woman told them she had no money, the two teenagers pushed her to the ground and began kicking her.

The teenagers didn't take anything from her because she didn't have any money with her.

Officers said both are while males in their late teens and have dark hair. They are about 5'6" - 5'8." One wore light-colored blue jeans and a white shirt, and the other wore dark blue jeans and a dark shirt.

The woman had minor injuries and was treated and released at an area hospital.

Officers did not find the boys.
