COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers said no charges are pending against a mother who hit her son as she was backing out of her driveway Tuesday.

The 24-year-old woman, Destiny Garrett, hit her 18-month-old son around 11:36 a.m. in the 2300 block of Lexington Village Lane.
