COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a seven-year-old girl.

Police arrested 35-year-old Michael McMinn Tuesday for sexual assault on a child.

They said the alleged assault happened back in March at an unknown location on 8th Street in Colorado Springs.

McMinn appeared Wednesday afternoon at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center for his video advisement.
