COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A 52-year-old man is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting a seven-year-old girl.
The Colorado Springs Police Department said 52-year-old Robert Koenig was arrested on Friday for sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.
Investigators said Koenig is suspected of having sexual contact with the child in the view of two Department of Human Services caseworkers earlier in the week.
They said Koenig lives on E. Rio Grande Street, and the young girl is his neighbor.
