FREMONT COUNTY, COLO. -- A sexually violent predator from Pueblo is back behind bars Friday morning after violating parole for the fourth time since March of 2010.

Fremont County Sheriff's deputies arrested 26-year-old Emmanuel Bitsuie Thursday for violating parole, according to Pueblo Police officers.

This is Bitsuie's fourth parole violation since originally being convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in her car. He also has a prior felony menacing conviction.

Bitsuie's first parole violation came on March 8, 2010 and prompted a neighborhood meeting.

Bitsuie violated parole a second time after his release Sept. 1 of 2010.

He was released from prison for a third time June 6. He violated parole for a third time in November and was released in May.
