Waldo Canyon fire efforts are shifting towards recovering, which means most calls to the Joint Information Center are actually best handled by the Disaster Recovery Center or Pikes Peak United Way 2-1-1 Information and Referral (719-955-0742). The Joint Information Center phone lines will therefore close permanently as of July 4 at 5 p.m.

Starting July 4 at 5 p.m., the various agencies listed below are where calls should be directed depending on topic. Citizens can also look for updates on City news at www.springsgov.com, for County news at www.elpasoco.com, and fire status updates on www.inciweb.org
