More areas reopening for residents tonight

If your area is not shaded, you will be under pre-evacuation notice at 8 p.m. Sunday and may return home.

Residents of the following may return to their homes beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday:

- Grand Centennial Apartments
- Oak Valley Ranch
- Peregrine
- Pinon Valley

These areas, including all businesses along Centennial and 30th, are being downgraded to pre-evacuation status. Centennial Boulevard also reopens at 8 p.m.

Electric and water will be available at most homes, but residents will likely not have gas.

Please carefully review and follow any notices left on your property. For questions about utilities refer to www.csu.org or call (719) 448-4800.

Mountain Shadows (from south of Wolfe Ranch Rd. and west of Flying W Ranch Rd to 30th St.) remains under a mandatory evacuation status.
