COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers have arrested a man they said is responsible for 13 robberies in the city since April 17.
Officers caught 51-year-old Dwight Davis while he was trying to break-in to a building in the 1400 block of Alvarado Drive in the city Monday night. Davis ran away but was caught and arrested nearby around 10:22 p.m.
