COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers have arrested two more men in connection with a murder at a motorcycle club in early March.
Monday afternoon, officers arrested 24-year-old Deangelo Wells and 30-year-old John Severe, charging both with accessory to first degree murder in the shooting death of 31-year-old Virgil Means.
Means was shot March 2 while sitting in a car that was driving away from Sin City Disciples Club on West Vermijo Street. The driver took Means to the hospital, where he later died.
Wells and Severe are the fourth and fifth suspects to be arrested in connection with the shooting. Eric Bartholomew, a Fort Carson soldier, was arrested Saturday for first degree murder. John Burrell and Christopher Mountjoy, also soldiers, were arrested in March.
Officers did not say if they are looking for other suspects in this case.
