PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo Police officers are asking for your help looking for a man who led them on a chase in a stolen car.
Officers said 19-year-old Daniel Juarez stole a 1995 Honda Prelude from an apartment complex in Colorado Springs Sunday. When Pueblo police spotted the stolen car in their city near 24th Street and Montezuma Monday, they began chasing it.
They eventually gave up the chase when Juarez was driving north in the 1500 block of Greenwood. He is now wanted on a $25,000 warrant for auto theft.
The car he was driving had license plates 737-ZHR, but he had put new plates on the car prior to Monday's chase. The car has a tall rear spoiler, chrome wheels, tinted windows, a red and black racing steering while with a Chinese emblem on it and loud exhaust. A photo of a similar car is in the above slideshow.
Juarez is a known auto thief and drug dealer, according to officers.
