Verdict reached for Mary Horsley

Mary Horsley faces up to 64 years in prison.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The verdict is in for the woman accused of trying to kill her niece's 20-month-old daughter.

Mary Horsley was found guilty of child abuse and other charges, but not guilty of attempted murder.

Prosecutors say Horsley used tape on the toddler and left her in a cold running shower.

The child suffered brain damage.

She faces up to 48 years in prison.
