AIR FORCE ACADEMY, COLO. (AP) -- An Air Force captain from Colorado Springs who was killed in a plane crash in Africa will be buried at the Air Force Academy.

Thirty-year-old Ryan Hall was one of four airmen killed Feb. 18 when their U-28 crashed near Djibouti, Africa. Hall's funeral will be Monday at the Cadet Chapel. Burial will follow at the academy cemetery. Gov. John Hickenlooper has ordered flags be lowered to half-staff on Monday at all public buildings in Colorado.

Hall was a pilot with more than 1,300 combat flight hours. He was assigned to a special operations squadron at Hurlburt Field, Fla.

The plane was returning from an intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance mission for the war in Afghanistan.
