COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrested a man who was lurking around outside a home after they discovered he had a previous warrant out for his arrest and an extended criminal history.

Officers arrested 38-year-old Richard Flewwellin Wednesday after someone called them and said a suspicious man was driving around the 1400 block of Alexander Road in a white truck.

Flewwellin allegedly knocked on a door after the homeowner left, then went into the homeowner's backyard. According to officers, that homeowner returned while Flewwellin was still there and confronted him, but Flewwellin left before officers arrived.
