Suspect demands cash from adult store

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers are searching for a gunman who tried to rob an adult store just before midnight.

Officers said that the gunman entered Crystal's Adult Themed Store in the 3700 block of Austin Bluffs Parkway and demanded cash.

The suspect was carrying a semi-automatic handgun and was dressed all in black.

He is described as being a 5'10'' tall black man in his late 20's.

He was seen fleeing the area in a gold or silver late model Buick.

The suspect did end up leaving the store empty-handed, and no one was injured.
