COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A Colorado Springs Army Ranger killed in Afghanistan last month will be laid to rest in Iowa Saturday.
Pfc. Christopher Horns, who was 20 years old, was killed in a bomb explosion back in October.
Two other soldiers were also killed in the explosion.
Horns had been assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington State.
Officials said Horns' parents live in Colorado, but they have relatives in Iowa.
Horns' father Larry served in the Army for 30 years.
